GET OUT OF YOUR MIND

ENJOY THE MOMENT

FEEL HAPPIER

Is your child:

Feeing anxious over things they can’t control?

Worrying about possible future events?

Comparing themselves to others?

Feeling sad and overwhelmed?

If so, I can help

Giving YOUNG PEOPLE the tools to decrease anxiety, increase positivity, and become the happiest version of themselves.

Drawing from my own Anxiety Exit framework, my work with Student Breakthough and mindfulness and meditation techniques, I help young people to decrease anxiety, build self-esteem, let go of comparison and learn to love and accept themselves.

I work with young people in the following ways:

  • 1:1 coaching online – Combining creativity and coaching techniques to deliver fun and engaging sessions that give your child the tools to take control of and manage their own anxiety.
  • In person group programs – Combining movement, mindfulness, meditation and coaching techniques. These are fun and interactive small group sessions that run for a set number of weeks.
  • Public Speaking – I give talks, Speeches and Keynotes on topics around anxiety, self-confidence, motivation and personal development, drawing from both my own experiences and the experiences of those I have had the absolute pleasure of working with.

By working with me, your child will

  • Have the confidence to try.
  • Feel less anxious in new situations.
  • Know how to harness their inner self-confidence.
  • Build their self-esteem.
  • Stop unfairly comparing themselves to others.
  • Find their self-acceptance.
  • Feel happier.

AND NOT JUST THAT BUT…

  • Love the person they are.
  • Become their own best friend and biggest cheerleader.
  • Improve their relationships and friendships.
  • Increase their motivation.
  • Feel more positive all around.

According to The Prince’s Trust, Tesco Youth Index 2021, 50% of young people said their mental health has worsened since the start of the pandemic. Let’s change that!

"Being a coach myself, I knew the benefits of coaching and felt my daughter would benefit more from having an external coach rather than myself. Kelly’s calm and gentle approach helped her open up quickly, and the coaching methods allowed her to find solutions and think more positively. Kelly is an amazing coach for young people."
Jin

About me

KELLY RAE PARKER

I was that shy, quiet child who never spoke in class and constantly worried what others thought of her. Who was bullied, struggled to make friends, and found speaking in class and to her peers almost impossible. And, who suffered with crippling health anxiety into adulthood. However, now things couldn't be more different. Despite being told at 16 that I was too old for a career in dance, I went on to dance professionally and eventually run and teach at my own dance school specialising in ballet, tap and modern. Whilst teaching dance, I realised my passion and ability for helping young people to overcome anxiety, grow in self-confidence, and start to believe in themselves. I passed my dance school on at the end of 2020 to become a qualified student life coach specialising in helping young people to let go of anxiety and increase their self-confidence, so that they can become the happiest version of themselves. I don't believe that working on anxiety has to be a long, hard road full of hours of therapy and medication. Whilst in some circumstances they may well have their place, I am living proof that it can be done without these things. Most often there is actually so much we can do naturally, and most importantly, it can be really fun!

Your child has everything they need to overcome their anxiety inside them, let's help them do it.
